Terms & Conditions

1. Ownership and Authorization
I declare and represent that I am the legal owner of the dog(s) mentioned in my enrolment or that I am authorized to enter this agreement on behalf of the legal owner of the dog(s).

2. Health and Behavior Representations
I acknowledge that in registering my dog(s), Jame Group Pty Ltd is relying solely on my representations that my dog(s) are in good health and have not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behavior towards any person, animal, or thing. I warrant that this information is correct and that I will inform Jame Group Pty Ltd immediately if this information changes.

3. Acknowledgement of Risks
While my dog(s) is in attendance at Jame Group Pty Ltd, I understand and accept that there are inherent risks associated with such attendance, including (but not limited to):

• A. Transfer of communicable illnesses, parasites, or diseases such as Canine Cough (Kennel Cough).

• B. Injuries, including but not limited to broken nails, abrasions, cuts, bites, and sore pads.

• C. Unfortunately, not all dogs will be suited to a dog daycare environment, and (rarely) various problem behaviors may result.

• D. Jame Group Pty Ltd carefully screens all applicants. Occasionally, it is discovered that this is not an appropriate environment for every dog. Jame Group Pty Ltd retains the discretion to temporarily or permanently remove my dog(s) from daycare at any time.

4. Owner’s Responsibilities
I agree that:

• A. I am solely responsible for any loss, damage, or harm caused by or contributed to by my dog(s) while attending daycare at Jame Group Pty Ltd. This may include the cost of property damage or injury to staff.

• B. While my dog(s) is in the care and custody of Jame Group Pty Ltd, Jame Group Pty Ltd is authorized to engage the services of a veterinarian or provide other necessary treatment to my pet in the event of an emergency. Jame Group Pty Ltd will make every effort to notify me as soon as practicable.

• C. I am responsible for all expenses related to such medical attention and treatment, as well as any loss, damage, or harm (as per clauses 4A and 4B).

5. Release and Indemnity
I release Jame Group Pty Ltd, its employees, and agents from all liability and indemnify Jame Group Pty Ltd against any and all claims of every kind and nature whatsoever, arising directly or indirectly from my dog(s) participation in activities or use of services, including but not limited to any legal claims and medical expenses.

6. Media Consent
I acknowledge that my dog(s) may be photographed or videoed while in the care and custody of Jame Group Pty Ltd for use on our public website or social networking sites (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

7. Payment and Cancellation Policy
I acknowledge that by signing this page, I agree to pay all cancellation costs, fees, or surcharges accrued during my dealings with Jame Group Pty Ltd and its representatives.

Refund Policy: If you cancel your booking after 10 am the day before your dog(s) session, there will be no credit or refund. If your session is canceled due to our weather policy, you can choose to have that session credited to the next payment cycle or refunded.

8. Privacy and Data Collection
Jame Group Pty Ltd may collect personal information as part of its services. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
