Make a Splash at Jame Dog Aquatic Centre

At the Jame Dog Aquatic & Sports Centre, we go beyond splashes and swim time. With expert guidance, purpose-built facilities and a whole lot of tail-wagging fun, your dog gets more than just a dip. They get the space, support and confidence to thrive.

We’ve designed our indoor, purpose-built pool with one goal in mind — to help dogs move, splash, heal and thrive in a calm and confidence-building space. At over 14 metres long and 7 metres wide, our magnesium mineral pool has a consistent 1.2m depth, so there are no sudden drop-offs, just smooth, easy movement for pups and their people.

The water is warm and the vibe is relaxed. Whether your dog’s here for swim school, hydro, or just some splashy fun, our set-up makes it easy for handlers to walk alongside and support every stroke. The magnesium system supports joints, muscles, skin and mood, and yes, it’s great for humans too!

From recovery to recreation, every detail of the Aquatic Centre has been designed to keep dogs safe, comfortable and having a tail-wagging good time, no matter the weather outside.

More Than Just a Pool (It’s a Whole Vibe)

We didn’t just build a place for dogs to splash, we created an entire experience. From the moment you walk in, it’s wagging tails, thoughtful details, and a whole lot of “wow, they really thought of everything.”

A Warm Welcome (& a Little Retail Therapy)

Our cosy reception doubles as a retail space, featuring curated gear perfect for pups who love to splash, think floaty toys, doggy dry coats, and even post-swim treats. Because after all, what’s a swim session without a reward?

Human-Ready Facilities

We’ve made it easy for humans too — with two toilet/change rooms (including a fully accessible bathroom) and an indoor shower for a quick rinse after sessions. On your way out, our outdoor dog wash makes freshening up your pup quick and convenient.

Let the Sunshine In

Our pool area opens up to the outside with large sliding doors and sunny views, creating an airy, relaxed feel. Whether your pup’s paddling or lounging, the whole space feels open, breezy, and calming.

Space to Train, Play, or Just Chill

Step outside and you’ll find our grassy leisure and training area. Ideal for group classes, fun runs, or a mid-session breather. It’s flexible, practical, and always dog-friendly.

Safety, Security & Peace of Mind

With full fencing, wheelchair access, 24/7 security cameras, and on-site safety equipment (including an AED), you can rest easy knowing dogs and humans alike are in safe hands.

Built Sustainably, Powered Responsibly

The entire centre runs off-grid thanks to solar power and a large rainwater system. It’s climate-controlled, comfortable, and kind to the planet. Just how we like it.

DayCare AquaPlay (Add-On)
$25 per dog / 1 hour

Available for daycare dogs only

What it is:

AquaPlay is a splash-filled, high-energy pool session for confident swimmers already attending daycare. This one-hour add-on gives water-loving pups a chance to chase toys, stretch their legs and burn off extra energy in our heated magnesium pool.

There’s no guided instruction, just confident dogs having fun together under the watchful eye of our staff.

Best for:

  • Dogs who already love the water and swim with confidence

  • Daycare pups needing a little extra fun and exercise

  • Toy-obsessed dogs who thrive on pool play

  • Social dogs who enjoy group play in a water setting

Dog
Public AquaPlay (Group Session)
$30 per dog / 1 hour

+$15 for each additional dog from the same household

What it is:

A social swim session for confident, water-loving dogs who enjoy the company of others. This one-hour group session brings together dogs from different households for off-lead fun in our heated magnesium pool. Our team will be on hand to manage safety and support pool use, but owners are responsible for supervising their own pups’ behaviour from poolside.

Think of it like a dog park — but in a pool. Other dogs will be swimming at the same time, and they may not know each other, so it’s a shared, social splash session.

Best for:

  • Confident swimmers who enjoy socialising in the water

  • Dogs who are friendly and respectful around unfamiliar dogs and people

  • Owners looking for a fun, relaxed swim session to share with their pup

  • Households with multiple dogs who love group play

Note:

  • No humans in the pool during this session

  • Max 2 dogs per adult — additional dogs require an extra supervising adult

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Great question! It depends on what kind of splash session your dog is coming in for. Swim School starts from $75, Hydrotherapy from $75, Public AquaPlay from $30, Private Pool Hire from $40 and Dock Diving options from $60. You will find full pricing listed under each service so you can choose what suits your pup best.

  • No worries. That’s exactly what Swim School is for! Our one-on-one sessions help pups build confidence in the water with gentle, expert support. We meet every dog where they’re at — no pressure, no cannonballs (unless they’re ready!).

  • Absolutely! Our indoor pool is heated and magnesium-based, making it gentle on joints, skin, and fur. Rain, shine or cold snap — your dog can swim in comfort all year long.

  • Yes! We offer Private Pool Hire for solo dogs or same-household groups, and you can even book with friends. It’s perfect for playdates, shy pups, or just having the pool to yourselves.

  • It depends! Some sessions are a “jump in together” moment and others are more of a proud parent poolside vibe. For Swim School and certain group classes you hop in with your dog while our instructor guides you both. For AquaPlay, Dock Diving and Hydrotherapy our team handles the water work and you get to cheer, clap and maybe take a few proud photos from the side.
